An account is optional: it puts a name on what you share, gives your stories a profile page, and lets you choose who sees each one. Sharing straight from Saga Studio keeps working without one.
We store only what the sign-in hands over: a user id, your email, your display name. No passwords, ever. The details live in the privacy page.
